     On Thursday, October 23rd the Genesee-Livingston Cross-Country League will run its Championship  Meet at Genesee Community College in Batavia, N.Y.  Take note of the

Following important information:

 

            RACE   TIMES:           Race  #1          Varsity Boys   4:30

                                                Race  #2          Varsity Girls     5:05

                                               

                                               

            ATTENTION:  You must email your rosters to Dan Freeman for the County Meet by 10 /16/08, so he can get them processed into the computer. Thank you!  Dfreeman@cal-mumcsd.org

 

Don’t forget your duty that you signed up for at the county meet.          

 

Bus Parking-  You may drop off athletes in the North Service lot and then park Buses in

                        Areas  G or H.

 

Locker Rooms- Boys’ Lockers – North end of building- 1st Floor

                         Girls’  Lockers – North end of building- 2nd Floor

 

ATTENTION—Coaches and Athletes—NO  spikes allowed in the Building.

 

The Course- Is the same as last year

 

Other INFO:

1.      Tents may be set-up East of GCC Building.

2.      The Forum will be available from 4:00 to 6:30 P.M.

3.      “Be Respectful” we are Guests, NO  Frisbees, footballs,soccer balls or noise Boxes.

4.      SECTIONAL ENTRY FORMS-Due  10/22/08 before noon to Bob Goodell.  Make sure the form is signed by Coach, A.D., and Principal.

5.      Awards willbe given after races in the Forum.

6.      Don’t forget to Thank our host , Genesee Community College

7.   I purchased an ad for the Section V program for the league from all the Coaches.  If you reimburse me, I would appreciate it, I will send you the amount.

Also to all coaches and athletic directors. There is a modified  meet at Geneseo Central on Tuesday,  October 21st at 4:15 for any modified runners from our league schools. Please notify Mike Garger how many boys and girls you are bringing if you plan to attend. Notify by Wed. October 15th. Thank you!
